Vivian at the factory — backhoe loader

Why I do this.

I've been in the machinery export business for years. And I got tired of watching good people get burned.

You know the story: a buyer finds a "great deal" online. Pays upfront. Waits 45 days. Container arrives. Machine shows up and it's not what they ordered. Or it breaks in 3 weeks. Or the "supplier" stops replying.

"I'm not here to make a quick sale. I'm here to be the consultant you call back."

So I built a different model. No company brand. No fancy office. Just me, the factory floor, and a WhatsApp number that actually gets answered.

I inspect every machine before it ships. I reject more than I approve. I tell you when you don't need the expensive option. Because I want you to call me again in two years — not because you have to, but because you trust me.

Why you can trust me

I'm not asking you to trust a company.
I'm asking you to trust a person.

01

I'm on the floor every day

I don't sit in an office and forward emails. I'm at the factory, checking welds, testing hydraulics, watching the loading crew. If something's wrong, I see it before you do.

02

I tell you "no"

If a machine isn't ready, I won't ship it. If you don't need the expensive model, I'll tell you. I've lost sales by being honest — and gained clients for life because of it.

03

You can reach me

WhatsApp. Email. Video call at the factory. I'm not a call center. When you message me, you get me. Usually within an hour during GMT+8 working hours.

What I actually do

Every day, it's the same thing.

I walk into the factory. I check what's being built. I talk to the workers. I look at the hydraulic routing. I start the engine and listen.

Some days I approve a shipment. Some days I send six machines back to the workshop. Both are part of the job.

The stuff I post on "From the Floor" — that's not marketing. That's just what I saw that day. The good, the bad, the "are you kidding me" moments.

This is a real job. And I'm a real person doing it.

What you can count on

My commitment to you — in three stages

Most supplier pages say "full service, lifetime support" and mean nothing. I'd rather tell you exactly what I do — before you pay, before your machine ships, and long after it lands. No fine print.

1Before You Order Honest advice, zero pressure
2Before It Ships Checked by my own eyes
3After It Lands I don't disappear

Stage 1 — Before You Order

Free · No strings attached

Stage 2 — Before It Ships

Every machine, every time

Stage 3 — After It Lands

Long after the invoice is paid

Anyone can promise "lifetime support" — the words cost nothing. What I promise is smaller and real: you will deal with me, the same person, from your first message to your third year of ownership. If something goes wrong, you'll have a name and a face, not a ticket number. That's the whole business model.
